Mike Ring is an accomplished solo and collaborating pianist with experience performing as an orchestral and choral accompanist with university, high school, and community ensembles as well as other small groups. Mike is currently an accompanist for the Assabet Valley Chambersingers, which is a choral ensemble established in 1989 by Dr. Robert Eaton. Mike has also been teaching piano since 2012 to youth and adults of all skill levels – he currently teaches both private students and youth at the Pakachoag Music School in Worcester.

Mike is an amateur composer of both classical and electronic music, some of his pieces for choir and small ensembles have been performed publicly. He is thoroughly anxious to present a concert that contains both elements, for the first time! Mike composed the electronic works in the winter of 2020-2021 while the classical pieces were composed between 2018-2022.

Mike pursued undergraduate studies in music at Missouri State University and Florida State University (FSU). He graduated with a M.M in Piano Performance from Webster University in St. Louis in 2013.
