Booking with us is easy!
Please read the information below before making your first booking.
Please note you must include any time necessary for set-up and break-down in your reserved time. The exterior doors must remain closed and locked at all times. If your clients or others attending your booking will need in and out access for the duration of the booking, you may share your Kisi access e-mail with them or you can choose the $20/hr add-on for an on-site staff member to unlock the exterior doors for the duration of your booking.
We require a credit card to hold your space. After you book your spaces and times, we will charge the credit card on file or send a request for payment if you choose to pay through Zelle or Venmo. Requests for payment must be paid upon receipt.

After your invoice is paid, you will be sent an access link through our access platform, Kisi. See our Kisi page for more information on how it works.
During the booking process, you must agree to our terms and conditions, which includes our cancellation policy. You may cancel bookings up until 48 hours prior to start time for all Studios, Practice Rooms, the Rehearsal Room and non-event reservations of the Performance Room. Public Events in the Performance Room may be cancelled up until 7 days prior to start time. If you must cancel within the time frames above, you will not receive a refund, but we can offer credit on a future reservation (subject to availability.)
EXTRA TIME: You will be charged if you stay beyond your booked time. You may add time to bookings subject to availability by making a new booking online up until the desired start time of the booking or by sending us a text/e-mail. If you prefer to pay for extra time via zelle or venmo, please indicate that, otherwise the card on file will be charged.
Please note there will be a small convenience fee on all credit card and venmo transactions.
